DESIGN GUIDELINES
After deciding on a material suitable for your requirements there are several key points that need to be checked before commencing the design of a precision stamped component
MATERIAL SELECTION
Please remember that the lowest cost material does not always work out to make the cheapest priced component
MINIMUM AND MAXIMUN SIZE
We are able to stamp down to 0.1mm of material thickness up to 8-10mm.
TREATMENT
Our strong partnership with our galvanising suppliers means that we can satisfy nearly all client requests.
Lead-Free plating is guaranteed and complaint with RoHS.
PACKAGING AND ASSEMBLY
This final step can make a huge difference on cost and always requires attention at the early design stage. We take great care about this aspect.
CUSTOMER SPECIFICATION
We are able to produce a complete range of magnetic laminations, including packages, for the electric motors sector. We can supply the sheets in bulk or already stacked in packs directly from the blanking mold.
