Using the most up-to-date CAD / CAM design software, integrated with the CNC machines in our tooling department, we are able to build molds of varying complexity.

 

Delivery times have been significantly reduced due to our ability to directly transfer drawings to each machine and to create routes for the machining operations, eliminating the re-drawing times by the operator.

Further improvements to reduce turnaround times have been determined by standardising our mold design, which allows the use of standard parts allowing for shorter delivery times.
